we had the best experience staying here for a night and we spent the mother’s day here with my mom and my son. we had an amazing experience here!

Unfortunately our stay here was not to the standard I would have expected for the price we paid. The location is great, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and things to do. The gym is fantastic and the pool is nice. However our toilet did not work for our entire stay. We called reception to advise from the moment we checked in. However it took another phone call before anyone came to have a look. Over the duration of our two night stay, we called 3 or 4 times, and someone came to look twice, but the issue was never solved. We were not able to use the toilet in our room at all during our stay, and had to go downstairs to use public facilities. Very disappointed, as we paid far too much to not be able to use our own bathroom.

Very bad. Dirty rooms overcrowded reminded me of Bombast. Really busy with no hot water. Customer service non existent only plus is location.

Opposite Museum of the future and near metro station. Very convenient. I think I booked a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. Also, the shower water goes out from the bathtub and the floor would be wet all over. For its location, I would still stay again.

Thank you for all the services, I think the breakfast service is poor and the hotel management should think about the crowding and the lack of seats and the waiting of the guests.
