It was an amazing experience

Not as expected

I have stayed for 7 consecutive night at Armada and I was ignoring all the negative vibes, but my last night there I have clearly request my room to be cleaned after long time of my stay not cleaned and they said they will but they didn’t! Even after 6 hours I have called to complain about it and the reception employee told me room service only available in different timings! VERY FRUSTRATING after all this stay to reward me like this, I have even highlighted that I should be getting any extra or plus treatment for staying a full week but even then, they just ignored my request and ruined my whole plans!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a complete week full week and I haven’t regretted my choice at any moment during my stay 👍🏻

The food was great. Nice location . Not so far from metro station. Nice view from room. The staff was so nice to get us Upgraded too.

I reserved a room at this hotel towards the end of my business trip, and I must say it was a strategically located gem. Situated conveniently between DMCC and Shoba metro stations, it offered excellent connectivity to public transport. A delightful park right behind the hotel added to the overall appeal. The room itself was more than satisfactory—clean and well-maintained. While my stay mostly consisted of the nights alone, the view from my room was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's first floor housed several restaurants, including a delightful Thai eatery. The efficiency and friendliness of the housekeeping and reception staff were commendable, making my overall experience superlative. However, my sole concern arose when attempting to order late in-room dining from the restaurant. It required a call to the reception to facilitate contact, which, while a minor inconvenience, was the only hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay.

Rooms little old and the common areas were little dirty area ok in my opinion price is little too high for what they are offering.

It's not a good experience at all.

Very disappointed with what they did I wanted to checkout late and they charged my 400AED and I paid for it then I changed my mind I asked them to refund my money they said we can’t refund the money it’s not in out policy they know I’m a tourist I’m not gonna say anything or do anything what a scam I’m very unhappy with what they did

Corridors were not very clean. The room was alright - good view and comfy bed. Shower was okay (the water flow) but bathroom very badly designed. Every time we had a shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. Plug in the sink got stuck and the flush for the toilet got stuck too. Was only there for a night but that was enough. Good position for accessing JBR but would probably stay elsewhere next time. The view was good from the room.

Front desk representatives were really supportive to arrange us the room types we needed. You have to wait so long to catch a lift. Rooms are average but bathrooms have to be renewed. Compared to other Dubai hotels it is not so clean. Location is very good near to Marina and Palm Jumeirah but not a walking distance. Hotel has a free parking which is a good advantage in Dubai. Our booking was with breakfast but we never had it since the options were not too many and place did not seem to be so clean. Price was cheap but too many options can be found with these prices:
