My experience was just so-so. While the staff was friendly and the location had potential, there were a few significant downsides.
One of the main issues was the noise from the construction next door. It was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but it would have been nice to be informed about this in advance.
Additionally, I was disappointed that my room was never cleaned during my stay. I expected at least basic housekeeping services, but that didn’t happen, which made my experience less enjoyable.
The room itself was adequate, but nothing special. Overall, I expected more for the price. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, you might want to consider other options until the construction is complete.

There is a construction site behind the room, which should be a hotel. They started banging at 5 o'clock in the morning, which was a bit noisy. The cleaning was not active, which seemed to be Saudi Arabia. I cleaned as required, but still no one came. I had to go to the front desk to ask. Second time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window.
