The hotel receptionist services is superb helpful and friendly. They are really passionate with their works! The breakfast is also serve variety. The location also convenient, very near to metro and doorstep supermarket and restaurants! With a walking distance to Emirates mall. Definitely will stay here again for next trip!

It's not the first time for me to come here, but this time I want to say that it's very bad. The front desk staff needs more training. This is a service industry. When guests say thank you, they don't have basic manners. When checking out, the cleaning people lie at the door and ask questions like a street ****. . Overall, it is a good hotel, but the snow-white wall needs to be whitewashed again when it is stained.It's just a metaphor. I suggest training more employees.
