Service was wonderful. The concierge Mr Mulik assisted us on checking in and out without any hitch. The hotel was situated very near the mall of Emirates and the metro was around 10 mins away. Very accessible. Housekeeping Mr Farouk also did a fantastic job in cleaning up our room daily.

The stay has been amazing throughout our trip! The room is clean and comfortable, thanks to the housekeeping service. To my surprise, they helped to organize our stuff, making the room really neat and clean. Besides this, we enjoyed the breakfast, which offers many varieties and changes each day. We want to give special thanks to the staff in the dining area throughout our stay from August 26th to September 3rd (manager Harznit, Shaly, Shame, Ravindra, and the rest of the staff—sorry we didn’t manage to get your names). They have been amazing and helpful. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning. We are also thankful for the extra time given for a late check-out, allowing us to have some extra rest before ending our trip. Overall, it’s been fantastic! The staff really deserves to be praised and rewarded. Because of this extraordinary service, we truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!
