Located within 10 minutes from the airport. Parking is free. Plenty of eateries around the vicinity of the hotel.

Just for transit was ok! Hotel location near airport , behind the hotel many restaurant .

Overall cleanliness is good, near to big mart which grab some necessary stuff. The bath towel I may have issue with this, i grab disposable towel for my whole trip.

The hotel is good. The service is good. The location is close to airport. Just when I was there, the room didn’t have hot water.

Linens & towels old. Linens have stains, towels are worned out looks like floor towels. Walls in corners plaster dropping off. Otherwise room is OK & clean.

Good location with lot of eateries around, shopping hyper market and free ample parking space, the hotel house keeping and reception are also very friendly my first choice of stay in Kota Kinabalu.

All is well. Except there were several blackouts on our last day but just for less than one minute. I dont know what will happen if im on the lift during that time. Luckily i was in my room.

Wouldn't think twice if we should return to KK. Definitely a great value for money. Walking distance access to local restaurants, convenient shops and pharmacies.Deposit collected, returned no question asked.

Hotel is price-affordable and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice. Recommend those who want to live near the airport. However, somehow there are some religious ceremonies, the music keep playing outside even in the early morning which is quite frustrating.
