現在服務行業也挺難的，我住這個酒店第一次真的給了個差評。前台當班員工確實沒有服務意識，後來酒店管理層給我聯繫道歉，告訴了我現在確實對於員工的管理存在問題。我感覺到了酒店的誠意，也願意給他們一次機會。我又重新在酒店體驗了一個晚上，這次真的能給個好評。這個酒店設施比較古風，環境挺好的。就在下壩坊對面的創意園，房間空間大，很適合情侶入住，房間還有沙發和茶几、茶具，可以和朋友們坐在那裡聊天、喝茶交通很方便，有免費的停車場，在園區內比較安靜，出門就有很多吃飯的地方，晚上可以去下壩坊酒吧街走走或者去創意園也很不錯，酒店提供早餐，周邊交通和餐飲也很方便。希望酒店能夠繼續改進，以後也還來入住這個酒店。

該酒店環境整潔、裝修復古的設計風格十分有特點。 早上有提供自助早餐。如果不想下樓，或者夜晚想吃宵夜，還有機器人可以自動送餐上門。 房間空間大，床適合一家三口一起睡都不會覺得緊逼，房間還有沙發和茶几、茶具，適合情侶和朋友們坐在那裡聊天、喝茶。 洗漱衞生間相互獨立分離，不用大家再相互等待對方了。 房間有提供大辦公枱、還提供了晾衣架，是適合多天出行商務辦公的人士不二選擇。 一樓電梯口有準備充電寶，然後經常手機不離手的寶子不再擔心手機沒電的焦慮。 我本人最最喜歡的，是一出酒店門口的夜市了，沿着河邊可以吹吹軟軟涼涼涼的河風，沿河邊還有live performance、走累了可以夜地圍爐坐坐，有移動酒吧、電影、各種果茶奶茶，好愜意啊😌

設施：設施比較古風，挺好的 衞生：還可以，就是洗手間門的位置衞生需要加強 環境：就在下壩坊對面的創意園，交通很方便，有免費的停車場，在園區內比較安靜，出門就有很多吃飯的地方，晚上可以去下壩坊酒吧街走走或者去創意園也很不錯 服務：酒店提供早餐，前台的服務也挺好的，還有手沖咖啡☕可以提供

房間非常好，格局和佈置都非常好，衞生服務環境都無可挑剔，非常非常滿意！唯一美中不足的是這個洗澡水，太不恆温了！！！洗十分鐘澡有八分鐘都在調水温！碰一下燙的要死，碰一下又冷的要死！洗澡水的問題解決了，這就是完美酒店！！
