Not much option in the area. Staffs are helpful and welcoming. If you are foreign speakers, they try their best to help you. Breakfast is so so.. coffee is no no

The hotel is great, the stuff is kind. The rooms are clean. But the location is too far from everything.

My friends and I stayed at Hyatt Regency during the marathon. Excellent location, situated next to the beautiful Songshan Lake. The hotel staff were amazing, helpful and enthusiastic with their job. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed the hot and cold pool plunges as well as relaxing around the hotel.

The hotel in general looks very nice and tidy. But the rooms look old fashioned with old electrical outlets and no provision for multiple universal charging ports. They could improve on the quality of service, Amenities, and services.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful and can speak English. The pool is amazing and there are beautiful green grass areas to have a picnic. The restaurant food looked amazing, but it is very pricy.

Luxurious hotel room at a nice location with lake view. The breakfast choice was just okay but very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. For example no orange juice, no cheese nor ham. Fresh fruit choice was very basic, no strawberries, no berries, no pineapple.

I went to the park near Songshan Lake before and saw this hotel, so I finally stayed here this time. When I first saw someone else booking a king bed room with lake view, there was a bathtub by the window. But when I went there, I couldn’t believe other people’s pictures. The bathtub was in the toilet, not by the window. Fortunately the waiters were very nice and the problem was eventually solved. We all had a set meal here in the evening and had a buffet breakfast the next morning. We felt that the food was of good quality. We will come again next time if there are more offers.
