I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The front counter staff was very friendly and helpful. (Especially the staff W was very kind to me !)

Very near my meeting venue with a variety of food options all within walking distance. Very clean and very good cuatomer service as well. Recommended.

The hotel's location is absolutely superb and incredibly convenient; Songshan Lake Scenic Area is just 200 meters to the left from the exit. It's also very close to Vanke Life Plaza and Central Park, and the Yulanli Cultural and Art District is only a 15-minute walk away. With shopping areas and attractions all within easy reach, exploring the area won't tire you out. The hotel boasts a modern style, making it quite photogenic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, featuring smart room controls and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. A mini-fridge in the room was perfect for a refreshing cold drink in this weather. During check-in, the front desk even upgraded my room for free! All the drinks were complimentary, and there were welcome snacks upon arrival. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel is in a great location, and the experience of staying here was amazing! As soon as I entered the lobby, the fragrance was elegant and pleasant, the decoration was exquisite and grand, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, and they quickly checked me in. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom facilities were high-end, hot water was available as soon as it was turned on, and the water pressure was stable. The hotel's breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the freshly made omelette was super delicious. The gym equipment was new and complete, which met my daily exercise needs. There were many delicious foods around and it was convenient to travel. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will choose here next time I come to Mayong!

I chose the Hampton by Hilton for a short business trip. The hotel, newly opened, is located in the heart of Xiping, close to the subway station and China World Trade Center, making it convenient for travelers. Arriving early, I worried about a long wait for check-in. Unexpectedly, not only was check-in prompt, but we also upgraded my room to a higher floor, offering a better view, and a larger area. I'd like to thank Xiaoli, the front desk clerk, for her warm hospitality and attentive service! The room was spacious, and the ambiance and cleanliness were excellent, considering it was newly opened, with little sign of renovations. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, basically meeting the needs of all travelers. The restaurant, located on the 15th floor, offers a great view and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers a gym, laundry room, and conference room, rounding out the amenities. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip! Looking forward to even better value!

No major complaints but there’s not really much around the hotel. You can take a taxi or ride a bike to get to the MixCity mall but other than that, not a convenient place to stay. WiFi have been terrible all through out the stay and I have been using my data most of the time to access things.

The hotel facilities are very good. The sanitation is very clean. The environment is very good. The front desk Xiao Deng has good service and is very efficient. He helped to extend the check-out time and is humorous. I will come again next time
