A special shoutout to Safiyya at the front desk, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping team, Damoder and Madan, did an outstanding job keeping our rooms spotless and comfortable, always with a smile and great attention to detail. Joshua, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and always available whenever we needed anything. The entire team at Ibais Hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart.
