Value for money and pleasant stay. staff can speak english. check in check out is easy. walking distance to metro. lack of food choice around that area!

Perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Had an amazing experience and would gladly stay again. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great experience overall — clean rooms and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. Definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends.

Convenient hotel for budget tourists. The room is large, two rooms, everything you need is there, except for dishes. Clean, excellent service. We asked for a microwave, they brought it. We checked in at night without any problems. The metro is close and cheap, but during the day. In the evening, there is a huge queue at the arrivals, for a couple of hours, and a taxi at night from the airport is 17 dollars. Maps.me indicates the wrong address, a kilometer to the side.

The service was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the fancy-looking bottled water. Breakfast was my absolute favorite! The hotel staff even helped me miraculously retrieve my wallet that I'd left in a taxi. Doha wouldn't be the same without this place; I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my business trips.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at Steigenberger Residence Doha and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was very spacious, modern, and well-maintained, perfect for a family stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service across the entire team. Everyone from the pool and gym staff to the spa, concierge, and the valet parking team was consistently professional, friendly, and eager to help. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Doha.

The hotel is located next to metro station, there are also small eateries and big supermarket nearby. There are all basic amenities in the room. Only downside I ve noticed is some unpleasant smell.

I really enjoyed of i because it’s very quiet. Please not too much cloudy and very nice place so I really enjoyed it.

ok Crowne Plaza but unfortunately 4*. Difficult to check in upon arrival but worked in the business lounge for an hour so it was acceptable. Quite a crowd in the lobby at check in as well. Breakfast was quite nice and the gym was ok with adequate equipment. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was not up to Crowne Plaza standards and definitely needs improvement. Fairly average food. I was slightly surprised after enjoying the food at the Crowne Plaza in Muscat just the day before. No comparison between the two hotels. Muscat one was is 5*. Room faced the street on a low floor and the view, unfortunately, was quite poor. Would not stay at this Crowne Plaza again.

The alarm of the fire and the alarm of the hotel changes didn't make me sleep.
