Fantastic, real value for money and very close to Marvel stadium and Southern cross station. Trams are also super accessible

Located near the stadium, the building was beautiful and convenient for sightseeing in Melbourne

Lights are not working, and we asked for another room, when we’re going in to the room, the lock on the door just dropped 🙃 In the morning the fire alarm started ringing, no broadcast and no any staff knowing what happened. According to the lady who helped us check in, told us that they were short of staff, and maybe that’s why we asked for slippers for two nights in a row on their rooms service website, they never delivered to us🙃

The place is good and the items and room are good in condition. Overall I'm please to stay with the hotel again

The hotel is clean, it has a pool the water isn’t much heated as they claim, the room I stayed in didn’t have good view, I suggest rent the in the upper floors, and it’s a bit far from CBD.

Spacious room, overall clean

The entrance of the hotel is actually on the side of the road, sharing the same door with a restaurant. As a result, we didn't realize that we had made a big circle. The front desk service was very good and they even helped print some materials for free. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you can go to the seaside pier. It's nice to go for a run and look at the sea.

The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station. The beds have a bit of a smell and the staff's service attitude is very good.
