"Had a fantastic time at Docklands Marriott! Location was great, the room was lovely and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch 😊 staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was relaxing and beautiful. Tho it had a fair bit of people, it didn't bother us as everyone just kept to their own spot. It has lots of eateries around, Woolies, Chemist and free tram stop are all right across from the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend!"

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"

"The lady at the front desk and the uncle in charge are also so nice! He was humorous and gentle. We forgot our room card one night, and he opened the door for us and changed the card after 10 o'clock in the evening. When we checked in, he also gave us a handwritten letter and chocolates, which was really nice! And the location is good, so traveling is very convenient."

However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud."

"The location of the apartment is very good, it is close to the free light rail of public transportation, and there is a large supermarket nearby, and it is a sea view room. It has convenient living, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and complete facilities in the apartment. , Pots, pans, cups and more. The only problem is that I haven't arrived in the apartment yet, and haven't checked in yet. The credit card authorization deposit was inexplicably deducted AUD 500. This really surprised me. Fortunately, after arriving at the apartment, the front desk informed that there would be no problem when checking out and it would be refunded."

"The hotel is a bit far from the Melbourne CBD and there are trams nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to Costco and Woolworths. The environment and facilities in the hotel are very good, you can cook by yourself, if you come again, it is highly recommended"

CCheungThe room is tidy and clean. Kitchen and utensils could be cleaner (and less oily). Great amenties. Netflix on TV. Free laundry on the ground floor, with washing powder and softener provided. The time to wash and dry is a bit long though. There is a balcony with only 1 ft width, but enough for getting fresh air and the view of yarra river. Good location to have a night walk around the port. Two grocery stores near the hotel. It is quiet but still located within free tram zone, so it's more affordable and very convenient to go out. Near the skybus station in southern cross station from or towards the airport.

GGuest UserI’m really pleased with the service provided by the GSA working late night on 20/05. She was quick with our check in and saved the evening by providing us the charging cord which I couldn’t purchase anywhere nearby. Please extend my thanks to her.
I loved the room that was given to us , beautiful view of the bridge and the wheel, the room was spotless and I specially love the amenities from O&M for body care.
The hotel itself is less than a minute from the light rail so very convenient for commute.
Just a few observations:
I couldn’t check out with the GSA which is not a big deal in itself but I couldn’t return the charging chord to the receptionist myself because no body was at the desk when I came down to check out apart from a few airline crew. Since I was in the hurry I dropped the key in express check out box and handed the chord to the airline crew to pass it onto the GSA.
Me and my partner also felt that the room’s AC did not cool to our satisfaction , we did call reception to use their central control to manually lower it but we didn’t feel any difference. AC made it slightly challenging to sleep as we preferred.
Overall; wonderful. Me and my partner definitely will be returning .

AAnonymous UserLights are not working, and we asked for another room, when we’re going in to the room, the lock on the door just dropped 🙃
In the morning the fire alarm started ringing, no broadcast and no any staff knowing what happened.
According to the lady who helped us check in, told us that they were short of staff, and maybe that’s why we asked for slippers for two nights in a row on their rooms service website, they never delivered to us🙃

AAlbertCFree upgrade to one bedroom apartment. Staff are helpful. Enough street parklot at the street around the corner. Quite close to southern Cross station, walk by 11 mins. Direct access to Marvel stadium if you like to visit it.

Mmacho123It is very convenient at the pier. It can cook rice, there are pots and stoves, and a big bed is relatively small. It is recommended to have a two-bed house with a family of three. Breakfast is simple, filling your stomach is no problem.

GGuest UserThe environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.

Convenient location - minutes away to train starion - there is lift access so dont have to climb stairs. and a good coffee place in the office building.
only picky about the luggage drawer which ifoumd some food speckles , and sound proofing as i could hear neighbour doors slamming
