Super room, super location and good shuttle bus to the airport. It will be better if the Hotel can pick up from the airport to hotel.

Compliment coffee machine at reception! Automatic CHECK-IN! Service so helpfully and friendly! Comfortable and loved design at the room! Expensive parking but I’ve found nearly approx. 5m free spots. At the room my girlfriend’ve found hairs from bikini zone around. I hope it will be solved in the future!

Good hotel for people who have early flights like we did, and easy uber ride from the center. One thing though: EVERYTHING is automated. Check in, snack counter, parking, check out, … Fine if you are young and know your way around technology, but not so sure my grandparents or older aunts/uncles could have managed without help. There also wasn’t anyone around that could help out.

We came here for the business trips. The reception desk was helpful but the team members were maybe freshly new staff? They made a few mistakes (yes, two of them). But in general the shared space is very good, there is space for working close to the reception desk, as well as fitness room! Perfect equipment! Meanwhile there is a pool zone, lovely place! Breakfast service is genuinely good! Great location which is very close to the international airport.

Good quality hotel close to the airport. Easy self check in with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Solid value for travellers landing or flying out of Brussels.
