We really enjoyed our stay at Sala Danang, as the hotel was exceptional, from the excellent service to the amenities. We had free airport pickup service when we arrived at Danang, and were warmly greeted when we reached the hotel, with welcome drinks and towel. Our room with partial sea view was amazing, and the shower also had good water pressure. The buffet breakfast had decent selection though could be improved. Our flight was late in the evening but we were able to chill comfortably at the lobby thanks to the nice atmosphere and facilities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

So far one of the best hotel in Da nang. I took a balcony view room the view was great. all the staffs are so much helpful and the overall service is top notch. Alena was great specially. She guided me properly about da nang places as well.

I give 5 stars for all the above said, beach is perfect , swiming pool amazing , the staff very freindely and good location , not noisy at night and really relaxing trip . Hoghly recommended. Small story about my umbrella , i used the hotel ambrella to go to da na Hill trip as it was expected to rain but lucky was not raining day , i lost the ambrella during the day , it is long ambrella and could not put inside a bag . Hôtel charges 600.000 . So if you want to go out don’t worry , several place selling ambrella for cheap also at any touristique area , no need to use the hotel ambrella

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

Good hotel located along the beachfront, with good restaurants and other shopping nearby. I booked a studio oceanfront which was generously proportioned and had a lovely seaview. However, the Ocean Lounge (an outdoor beach night club) is located directly opposite which plays loud music at night time, so if you are an early or light sleeper, this is not a good choice of hotel. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge (so I assume they are aware of this problem). So stars deducted for location due to the noise problem. The room cleanliness is generally good, but I deducted a star because I noticed a lot of takeaway food containers being disposed of in the bin in the corridor, which created a smell, and I could also smell cigarette smoke, in spite of the hotel being a non-smoking hotel. The facilities are good; I only ate the breakfast buffet, which has a good choice of food, so I can't comment on the restaurant otherwise. The infinity pool on the top floor has great views, but is quite small as you can imagine so can be crowded. And there is a small gym to use. I has a massage at the spa, but since it's located on the same floor as the entrance to the swimming pool and the gym, you can hear the shouts and screams of children playing which is not exactly the ambience you want. Nonetheless it was a good massage. Generally I think it is a good hotel and reasonable value for money, if you can put up with the noise situation.

We took a trip to Danang after attending a friend's wedding in Saigon, decided not to make any plans and just plan on the go. Getting the Le Sands was a great choice we made. The hotel was convienently situated by the seaside, we took the oceanfront room which gave us an unblocked view of the entire ocean. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was standard international spread, nothing to shout about but the service staff were courteous and super friendly. Since we decided where to visit on the go, we asked the hotel staff if they could help us arrange our trips and lo and behold they did an excellent job! As a tourism trained academic and an ex-hotel and resorts sales manager, I can say they did a wonderful job. All the staff were very helpful going out of their way to assist me in my stay. Special mention of Emily the customer service who helped my fiancee and I planned 2 days of transport to Ba na hill, Hoi An and day 2 to Hue. All through the journeys she checked on my safety via online chat and gave me food recommendations. The fact that the price is a fraction of the larger hotel chains but the services, cleaniness, location and friendliness totally made this a steal. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t . I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe). The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too. Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

Location: The view of this hotel is good, but the transport is not convenient with only 2 shuttle bus to centre everyday. It is also impossible for you to ride bicycle to centre due to the long distance. CNY should be the peak period of this hotel, cant understand why the hotel can not provide more buses.. And motorbike rental is also not available nearby. Service: The staff sent our luggage till the 3rd call to the receiption, and we waited more one hour for our luggage and also have to change our plan that day. Although the manager come up to our room to apology and also compensate us one plate of fruit in the evening, however, the dragon fruit is not fresh, you can smell the sourness from the dragon fruit. Dining: Understand that there are many tourists come from Korea, but I am visiting Vietnam, not Jeju island, you can see Korean wordings anywher in this hotel, even you can see kimchi & Sea**** soup for your breakfast. And they are aslo quite noisy in the rooftop swimming pool & restaurant,you can't even hear your companions. The hotel also did not remind these tourist to lower down. Facility: A bit old, You can see that the washbasin is rusty. And the aircon is also noisy. Definitely wont recommend this hotel to my friends.

A really beautiful space and only a stone's throw from the beach! The whole hotel has this really amazing architectural design where every wall, window and furnishing is designed specifically and purposefully in relation to the sea. The whole hotel had such an impressive atmosphere and point of view. The room was great and had a big stone Jacuzzi bath. the service at the hotel was also great, we had breakfast included every morning which was delicious, they also helped us organise a few of our trips around the area. The staff were amazing though, very helpful and always great to talk to, their recommendations also came in very handy on days we hadn't planned much for. looking forward to returning next time I am in Da Nang!

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.
