Great hotel! Definitely needs updating but for the price I would return. Friendly staff, good amenities, pool was clean and the gym. Easy to book extras like bike use. Good location.

3 mins walk to the lake, 10 mins walk to bus stops and the town centre. Breakfast has many options. Staff is the best.

Great location around 10 minutes walk from the centre but only about 5 minutes from the beach. Free parking for guests which is handy. Staff are super friendly and efficient in every part of the hotel. The room was immaculate and had everything you could think of. Pool area had plenty of beds and a great bar. Reasonably priced drinks also. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well stocked.

Ideally located near the beach and town center. Free outdoor pool, great breakfast. Indoor pool and spa available at an additional cost.

Clean hotel, in an excellent location for visiting Desenzano, attentive staff is available. Breakfast was normal, plentiful but with few choices. However, I recommend it for a relaxing weekend

Located at the end of the Desenzano lakeside promenade but a 5-minute walk from the centre. Dated hotel but mostly refurbished. Cleaning as good as the services but some for a fee such as the spa and indoor pool. Very helpful staff. A flaw the breakfast that ends at 10. Excellent free parking. Good overall rating.

Recommended, excellent breakfast, very nice indoor pool, beautiful outdoor one. Practically in the centre. We will be back
