This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!

The room was beautiful with a hammam 😍 but since our room was on the ground floor, we had no signal. The Wi-Fi stopped working after a certain time. The hot water didn't work for two days after we reported it. The staff took care of it immediately.

It's in a wonderful location in the center of Cappadocia where you can see the hot air balloons directly above. The rooms are not particularly large or new, but they were well maintained. Breakfast is a rare buffet style, but I recommend having breakfast on the terrace.

It has the characteristics of hotels in this area. Room clean. A bit cold (visited in December) Breakfast is very clean and varied. Staff are very friendly The price is somewhat expensive. Good location

It was a very clean place, the view was great. They were friendly and smiling. But we paid separately for a washing machine, I think it was unnecessary.

The service is very good and the staff is patient, but I missed breakfast and was too sleepy

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. And we had such a tasty breakfast. Rooms are well organized. Owners were very welcoming along with their puppy Location is very near to the city centre but still very calming. From the restaurant you get the great view

Very kind and welcoming staff. A very traditional hotel. We were a group of 18 people, and they were very quick and attentive to our needs. We suggest this hotel. It is 10 minute from to gore me. There are different restaurant very good near by.

During our visit to Cappadocia, the Zula Cave House was our accommodation for 3 nights. A quint guesthouse situated in the the heart of Urgup town. You are walking distance to all restaurants and shops and can easily explore the small town, while being in close driving distance from Avanos and other small towns. The guesthouse is comfortable, clean and offers a beautiful view of the landscape and city from the top lounge and dining area. Breakfast offers a traditional spread which is delicious and healthy. The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and cater to whatever needs you have. They have coffee, tea, selected soft drinks and beer on site for you to purchase while enjoying a drink on the roof top while enjoying the sights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but can get very hot. There are no fans or aircons (understandable considering the temperature s) but be comfortable to leave your windows open for fresh air 😉. To cover your expectations, it is not a real cave, but very old buildings that have been repaired to resemble the 'feel' of caves. This is the area and you will find some houses still in ruins in between converted/repaired houses. Although it might look dodgy when you first arrive in the area, you will be surprised and amazed once you are at the house and you will be safe walking and exploring. Be prepared to climb a bit of stairs! Overall we loved our stay and will be back here if we get thee opportunity to visit again.

It was a wonderful experience staying in Zula Cave house.The team was very kind and hospitable and took care of me and my daughter very well during our stay there.The breakfast was the best one we had in our Turkey trip.I would recommend Zula Cave house for a wonderful stay.

It was a fantastic stay with zula cave. The host Savas was really friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations. The view on terrace is calming and relaxing. They served us unlimited tea when we were relaxing in the evening. Will definitely recommend this stay
