Our overall stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was elegant, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. From confirming our details before arrival to a warm welcome and thorough explanation of all hotel benefits upon check-in, he was consistently attentive. During our stay, his response time was incredibly fast, whether it was for last-minute supplies, travel route advice, or the meticulous turndown service. Everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. He was proactive and considerate, striking the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive, always resolving issues promptly. Michael Lin was instrumental in making this a perfect stay. We will definitely request him again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
