First time stay at this hotel... Clean and nice inside.. It has good restaurants too... With friendly staff.. Good quality chain hotel...

Reception efficiency was very poor, took nearly 20-25mins each for check-in and check-out.

The hotel is in a good location and equally accessible from NOIDA and Delhi. It's in an industrial area. The hotels AC was not heating up the room although the setting was on HEAT mode. It was winters in Delhi and it could get really cold there. So after a while hotel staff provided a standalone heater, but that did not do the job that well to manage the room temperature as an AC.

the location is near to metro station but still need to take car to get to the station, room cleaness can be improved but as its a old hotel so its acceptable

Room was ok. Very bad service, the concierge charged me twice the price of my stay, because of their mistake, but found this after I left. They agreed to refund, but after two months I'm still waiting for my money back. Really disappointed by the hotel service and IHG customer service. If you stay in this hotel, be very careful with payments and always double check what you've been charged!

It was good

I am very satisfied with my stay this time. The breakfast style also provides a variety of choices such as Indian cuisine and Western cuisine!

The hotel is not bad, but the hotel policy is not flexible. Because it is far from the event venue, we need to check out together. We can't make arrangements even if we contacted a few days in advance. We must be careful when booking in the future.

At least in the local area, it should be regarded as a decent quality hotel. The furniture is a bit old, but the rest is acceptable. The breakfast is very rich. I will probably stay in this hotel again
