This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. In fact, I usually stay in hotels that cost 200 or 300 yuan when I go out. A great stay.
Right at the entrance of the scenic spot, there is a parking space at the entrance of the accommodation.
The water for the shower is very big and it heats up very quickly!
The boss is very enthusiastic! Accommodation is upstairs, and there is also a place to eat on the first floor.
There is no elevator. If you bring the elderly, it is recommended to contact the boss in advance to arrange a room on the second floor. The room near the scenic spot may be a bit noisy because of the passing vehicles. People with light sleep are recommended to sleep in the room on the other side.

She can drive and sail. She is thin and helps guests carry luggage. I am very touched. You can see her seriousness in work and respect for guests. You can also feel her dedication and love for work. EEatPrayTravelLocation of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

GGuest UserFinally I met a hotel with warm [sun], which swept away the haze and fatigue of several days. Her air conditioner is so warm! The socks I washed three days ago are now dry this time [face covering]. There were so many people that they asked for more quilts from the store. There were no quilts and the store took out all their own quilts! 👍The surprise when I woke up in the morning was how beautiful the scenery outside was! I took advantage of the warmth and took a shower again. Even though it was past breakfast time, the boss still warmly cooked noodles for us [爱][爱][爱]. By the way, her home has just been renovated, and the solid wood products are all made by her father using his own collection of wood, which is very textured. All in all, it feels good! Very comfortable!

If you have never stayed in an RV, it is worth the experience. There are barbecue ingredients and charcoal fires, which can be purchased. The included breakfast is in the Old Kapok Hotel next to it, which is not bad. Behind the camp is the Guichun River with barbed wire, and Vietnam is on the other side.

GGuest UserThe villa counter staff are prompt in responding to every request. They are very helpful, polite and professional. So is everyone else, including the housekeeping cleaners. The shuttle bus comes readily when called.
Our courtyard room for 3 with a loft on level 2, with balcony facing the pool is new, clean and well-furnished. There are 4 of us and extra blankets and pillows are given readily upon request for the 4th person.
The shower heater in the bathroom works well and water drains well in the bathroom. The air heater works perfectly to keep us warm in the winter cold.
Buffer breakfast has a big variety of very delicious food, including hot noodle soup with meat and vegetables.
The traditional dance at 8pm is a must-watch especially the lighting of fire and mass dance at the finale.
Everyone and everything are excellent and make our stay so pleasant and memorable.
However we still feel that the room rate is too pricey for a rural environment. And there’s no need to have boat tickets daily. One time boat-ride is sufficient.

MMarcelKAmazing hotel! It really is more like a resort with a lot of things to discover. Unfortunately, probably due to the current pandemic situation, not everything has been in operation. You got a little nice bar for the occasional long-nighter 😅 there and a restaurant with a huge menu of different meals. The restaurant service has been unbelievable quick to serve the fresh cooked dishes. The hotel itself has been quite clean and the service staff always been helpful. Do not expect anyone speaking English thou. The whole surrounding is taken care of with visible passion and still you feel like in the middle of the jungle. If you got some time to spare, walk around the little village outside the hotel and try to find the small beautiful almost historic part of it, still being actively lived in by the locals. Just please always be respectful and cautious not to disturb them in any way.
FYI: if you arrive there by bus from from Nanning (南宁) to DaXin (大新) (the ride itself is absolutely worth it), there are local drivers Infront of the bus station who know how to get to the hotel. Just make sure not to pay more then 250 RMB. Also make sure all your health codes, passports, visas, etc are all in order and quickly handy. After all it is a border region and the are a lot of checkpoints to pass through. That's no time to mess up anything.
