Romantic Hotels in Datong

It was my first time to travel to Datong. The hotel my daughter chose has a simple and stylish decoration style, butler-style service, which is very considerate. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which has local characteristics, balanced nutrition, and welcome fruits; the happiest thing The thing is that on the day of the Laba Festival, the famous ”Fahua Temple Laba Porridge” was provided, and I was honored to receive the ”Fahua Temple Sachet” from the hotel. I was really touched! I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their dedicated service, which makes winter no longer cold. I am also very grateful to the beautiful boss for her warm hospitality and tireless introduction to the ancient city culture! Finally, I hope that 75 Hotel will have a prosperous future, prosperous business, and abundant financial resources! Thank you for meeting me!

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were more than adequate with a choice of varieties. Hotel location was ok just outside the wall though neighbouring shops were all shuttered. Taxis plentiful and inexpensive. Nightly dinner was at the hotel restaurant - good food, surprisingly very affordable prices and extremely good services from the staff. What stood out most were the very helpful, cheerful staff, at the front desk, restaurants, and cleaners!

The hotel is situated not far from the old walled town and equal distance to the shopping area. Formerly a Holiday Inn now independent. The rooms are large and comfortable with good work desk and wifi. Comfortable bed gives good rest. The fridge had been removed but there is kettle and plenty of water, every day some fruit was delivered to the room which I appreciated. Hotel has gym, swimming pool and two restaurant, given the price it was very good value for money and I would happily stay again.

When we arrived we were given the wrong room in B tower with single beds, we had to go back downstairs and show the booking again to request the correct double room in A tower. The rooms and amenities are old, and the fridge is broken. I called reception who told me to bring any items I want to cool down to the reception and use their fridge, when I asked if we can swap the broken fridge for a working fridge, they said all of the fridges are like this. They won't admit the fridges are all broken, but all of the fridges in the hotel are warm and won't make your food / beverages cold. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, and they need to replace the fridges.

Very good experience with hotel. Room was comfortable and the bathroom design is good. Reception staff was very helpful and provided good advice of Datong's tourist attractions. Hotel provided refreshment in the evening which was an excellent way to differentiate itself from the competition. Tried their chicken during early lunch and it was really tasty. Also, the staff kindly allowed me to play their Yamaha piano at the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to people visiting Datong.

I loved this hotel. It has an old-fashioned charm that made me feel right at home. My room was very large, comfortable, and well-equipped. All of the staff and service people were extremely courteous from start to finish. The Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor has a great choice of dishes! Highly recommended, and excellent value for money. A great base for exploring the sights around Datong.

You have to stay here! Everything is perfect. Hotel is lovely. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had a problem and one staff member had excellent English and could solve our problem. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thank you again, I highly recommend your hotel.

It is located in the city center and close to Goseong, where major tourist attractions are located. It is convenient to travel and participate in tours from the day tour pick-up location of Xianggong Temple and Ningxiang Wooden Pagoda near Datong.
