Good hotel in a central location. The staff member that was on the day shift needs training in customer service as she is very rude.

The bathroom is average, there are flies in the room, and the most unacceptable thing is that they drilled the wall for renovation from 11pm to 2am for two consecutive nights, and they also argued that the work did not take place in the hotel. Apart from this, the room environment is good

The room is old. The service is bad. I forgot to issue the invoice, so I contacted them after returning to Dubai and they asked me to send an email. After sending the email, there was no reply for a whole day. I called again and found that they didn't check the email at all. They only checked the email when I called. I waited for 15 minutes and there was no reply. I was not sure whether the email was received or how long it would take to issue the invoice. I was very anxious.

The room is large, clean and hygienic

It was a luxury suite 10 years ago, but it was divided into a single room with a living room. The space is large but the facilities are quite old, but the cleanliness is quite good.

The water pressure is too low. The space is large. The shower is not comfortable enough.

The room is big and there is a public swimming pool. There is a sea next to it where you can take a walk
