Very good accommodation, clean, good location, right in the city center, easy to walk around, good atmosphere, the staff took very good care of us. Since the accommodation does not have an elevator, the staff helped carry our bags and also recommended a tourist boat for cruising the Dalyan River at an affordable price.

It's pretty good. In such a small town, it's clean, comfortable, friendly, and has smooth communication. The location is also very good.

The hotel was in a central location. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Only the pool needed a little more maintenance.

The location is in a very beautiful place. Breakfast wasn't bad. The employees guide you by giving relevant answers to all your questions. We were satisfied and we are thinking of going again. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. There is a market right across the property where you can buy cold drinks.

In general, the hotel is nice, the breakfast is sufficient, a hot product can be added to the breakfast, such as börek, potatoes, menemen omelette, let's put slippers in the rooms, it is very nice to have a balcony. Centrally located. It is recommended.

Great town, good hostel. I associate unobtrusive service and weak breakfasts with the low season. Internet is weak. it's cold in the room. Very small bath, how they fit everything in there is not clear and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything is very good.

Guter Preis. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers ( Soll erst nach 3 Nächten erfolgen), der Pool wurde gerade gebaut, das WLAN funktioniert sehr unzuverlässig, das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich ( könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass wir in der Vorsaison sind) Wir haben zu diesem Preis schon viel bessere Hotels in der Türkei besucht.

I had a lovely time at this hotel — the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere around the hotel was peaceful and inviting. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the tasty breakfast options each morning. Great value for money — I’d definitely stay again!

This is a little gem of a budget hotel. Lots of great reasons to go. The location is bang on, right beside river. The rooms are good size, we were in family room, one double bed and one single. The A C was spot on and unlike lots of places, no extra to pay. Bathroom was good size and decent shower. Bathroom also had hairdryer, which was ok. Our balcony was tiny, although had small table and 2 chairs, all you need. The pool was a good size although beds were few and no cushions on beds. We felt they could have made a lot more of the pool. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast, typically turkish, but lots of choice and amazing quality. The breakfast team really did the hotel proud. We did have a couple of niggles. The fridge in room was frankly useless, hardly kept anything cold. We like a cuppa before we see the world, but no kettle. In our research for this hotel we had seen that clean towels and cleaning of room was not done. You have to ask, they are more than happy to do it, this seemed strange to have to ask but it's how they do it. The hotel is attached to a pub which plays music until about midnight, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for otheres. The staff at hotel was warm and friendly although English is limited, (my turkish is non existent) there seemed to be some one about at all times so felt safe. We thought for the money it was a great choice and would definitely go back.

Just spent 5 nights staying at the Smyrna Hotel. The hotel is in a great location and is attended 24/7 so there is always someone around. The buffet breakfast is excellent and you can help yourself to whatever you like. The rooms are lovely and clean, great balcony. Lovely large pool for cooling off. Air-con in rooms along with a mini fridge. Would definitely recommend and will stay again - thanks all :)

This hotel has been completely updated from its former life. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfasts are plentiful and the staff always smiling and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk from the river and town centre, so perfectly placed for either a long or short break. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers, although this was not in use during my visit as it was out of season. The rooms all have balconies equipped with a table and chairs and overlook the garden or the on-site bar.

No complaints about the hotel. Rooms were clean. Central location. However. I cannot recommend this hotel for the single female traveller. I had to move to a different hotel because of the constant hassle from a staff member .

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Shops, bars and restaurants right next to the hotel, and only a 10-minute walk to the centre. Rooms are very small, which is okay if you only use your room as a base. The balcony overlooks the garden and you can view the mountains. Nearby bars play music until after midnight but we weren't disturbed at all as the soundproofing was so good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint was that our room wasn't cleaned regularly - we had to ask for it to be done, and did most of it ourselves. The pool area could do with a bit of attention too. Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay.

We just arrived back this amazing hotel such a bargain price for the facilities, the rooms were very clean and decorated tastefully and up to date, fridge, tv, good sized wardrobe, lovely shower/WC, air conditioning and morning breakfast.all included, the only feedback I could give would be maybe a kettle but that is a very minor.We had a lovely balcony to sit out on and soak up the atmosphere of the central Dalyan located hotel. The hotel staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. I am so happy I stayed at this hotel and I highly recommend to any one looking for good value.
