absolutely loved this hotel ! the view was pretty . the beds were extremely comfortable !

Charge for car parking! Room ok, but small. Generally the stay was acceptable and location convenient for me.

Just OK. Staff was OK. Not much near there. Pool is small, around the pool is nice. Seems to a locals hangout on the weekends, bar was packed Th/Fr/Sat. Buffet is not very good. Tried to order room service, said they’d connect me, no one answered. Said they’d have them call me, no one called. Kept trying never was able to connect to room service. Staff was nice, but over whelmed.

Hotel staff is amazing check in was a breeze the rooms are nice size and clean. We stayed the Sunday Dallas had the rain and heavy flooding and we heard nothing of the storm until we were leaving Monday morning to checkout

Hotel was nice and great customer service but when we got to our room the carpet was wet and we had not hot water to shower!!!

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.

The counter service is not very good, and the four-star hotel has no swimming pool, gym and free breakfast

It was a clean and beautiful hotel. The facilities and cleanliness are very good, so I was able to rest comfortably. If I go to Dallas again, I want to go there again.

The price/performance ratio is okay.
