Got woken up at 8 AM to move my car. Just as I'd drifted back to sleep, a staff member walked right into my room without knocking. The management here is seriously lacking. As for cleanliness, it's just okay, nothing special, which is understandable for a hotel built in 2018; the facilities are pretty standard. Also, their automatic curtains seem to have a mind of their own – they opened by themselves when I went out to move the car. My family got woken up by that too. We only ended up here because another hotel our friends were staying at was fully booked. Our friends' room was half the price of ours and had full smart home features. My room was spacious, but the TV was tiny, and the remote was right next to it, so no voice control. What era is this? Seriously, no comparison, no harm! Overall, my experience was very average.

Decisively chose the whole season, as always, the service is good. The check-in experience was great, the front desk staff was very gentle and patient, the items were delivered in time, and the little robot was cute. The attitude was also very kind when I left the store. I sent postcards and refrigerator stickers and other small gifts. The hotel environment was clean and the traffic was very convenient. The most important thing is that the room is very, very quiet. It is too friendly for people like me who are not easy to sleep and sleep well. I sleep well at night. I will choose this one next time I come to Dalian.

I booked a family room, a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, specifically for two adults and older children to stay together. My main draw was the pool and the hotel's good location, as I'd stayed here before and found it decent. However, this time the experience was just okay, mainly because the room facilities were so outdated – honestly, they were rundown. It was even more worn out than a standard room. One bathroom frequently leaked after flushing, requiring me to manually open the cistern lid and fix the stopper. The showerhead in the shower stall had broken metal protrusions that would painfully scratch my skin when held. The hairdryer was truly awful, the worst kind; it only blew hot air, very weakly. It had two settings, but on the second setting, it would smell like burning, so I could only use the first setting to slowly dry my hair. For women with long hair, drying it would be a real struggle. The lighting in the entire room was very dim, and the bedding felt a bit damp. The only good thing was that the room was quite spacious, with a sofa and a dining table, big enough for four people to lounge around comfortably. The check-in process was relatively quick, and the service attitude was good. The breakfast was also decent; the two elderly people were very satisfied with the variety and taste.

This hotel makes up for its outdated facilities with excellent service. I'm giving it 4 stars because the front desk staff, especially one woman, was incredibly helpful. The first room I was given had a strange smell, and when I mentioned it, she patiently showed me several other rooms late at night. I really hope the owner considers upgrading the facilities. Oh, and the location is fantastic – right next to Dalian Station, and lines 3/5 are just a 2-minute walk across the street, making it super convenient for getting around.

Absolutely student-friendly hotel! They have dedicated floors for students taking exams, and parking is convenient. The hotel also thoughtfully provides various exam-related amenities. They didn't take advantage of the situation by raising prices, offering excellent value for money. Plus, they adjusted check-in and check-out times based on the students' exam schedules. This hotel truly provides reliable support. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future stays – they were a huge help!

Service: The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. They saw me carrying two cups of coffee and proactively helped me with the elevator. Environment: The room was spacious and new. The only minor issue was the loud flushing sound from the toilet. Cleanliness: It was very clean, and I was quite satisfied. If I don't find any other options, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Ri Yue Ming offers excellent service in many aspects. We wanted to stay in a locally-owned hotel, and it turned out to be a very wise decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—everyone did their best whenever I asked for something. There are many local restaurants around the hotel, and Olympia 66 shopping mall is right across the road—just a 3-minute walk away. Most of the tourist spots were within 20 minutes from the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door. I absolutely loved their breakfast and afternoon tea service, which offered a variety of Chinese herbal teas along with plenty of pastries, fruits, and more. If you want to experience genuine Chinese hospitality, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. And the manager (I forgot his name) was super friendly—he’ll help you sort out any problems you might have. The hotel experience was superb! The breakfast selection was extensive; even when we went down at almost 10 AM, all the dishes were still fully stocked. No need to wake up extra early, you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. I highly recommend the wontons. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. A seemingly ordinary job, yet through the purest kindness, it warms the hearts of every traveler.
