In room : feel like home (condo) everything prepare in good condition (TV big screen, big refrigerator, washing machine) separate living room& bedroom. A total of five of us, including two children, stayed together, and we were truly satisfied with the accommodation for our family trip. The space was spacious, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants and amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. It was not a burden at all to travel with the children. Above all, the owner spoke excellent English, making communication easy. They also recommended some great local restaurants, one of which left a particularly strong impression. I liked it even more because it wasn't a restaurant geared towards tourists, but rather one that had an authentic local vibe. Also, the most memorable part of this trip was the traditional Chinese Tui Na massage I received thanks to the owner's recommendation. I went there trusting the owner's recommendation that it was run by a doctor friend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It felt less like a simple massage and more like proper medical treatment. Honestly, I would want to come back to Dalian just to get this massage. There were a German and a Russian in the next bed, so we had some small talk; it seems like it is a well-known place. It was a time where I was satisfied with everything, from the family trip and comfortable accommodation to the special experiences.

Cleanliness: The room was tidy and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. Environment: It's super close to Zhongshan Square, about a ten-minute walk, and transportation is very convenient. Metro Line 2 is nearby, and it's easy to catch a bus too. Service: The service was exceptional. Since I was short on time, they kindly extended my check-out by an hour for free. When I left, they even gave me a local souvenir from Dalian, which was perfect to take home as a memento!

The soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking, but the service was absolutely fantastic. The two guys at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. The location is also great, very convenient for getting around. Plus, the hygiene was excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town!

The hotel is very well located, with a food market just around the corner, and shopping malls, a supermarket, small shops, and cafes across the street. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away. We really liked the room; it's perfect for a family. It has three rooms: a large double bed in the main common room, and a single bed and a queen-sized bed in the other two rooms. Everyone slept well, and no one disturbed each other with snoring. A unique feature of the room is the wide bay-window-style windowsill – it was great to sit there and enjoy the view. The breakfast, though a bit repetitive, was quite good, and Russians will always find something to eat. As for the downsides, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, so there was always water on the floor. The cleaning wasn't super thorough, but that's pretty standard for China. The staff were very friendly.

The bath towel definitely wasn't fresh when I checked in; it had a very strong odor, so I didn't use it. 2. **Noise Disturbance:** Construction upstairs started drilling at 8 AM, which significantly disrupted my sleep. 3. **No Air Conditioning:** It got a bit cold at night for this time of year without AC. Overall, considering the price, it's still great value for money, but the hygiene definitely needs improvement.
