We came to this area of the city for just one day and stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff is very friendly and polite, we were immediately offered a hot drink because it was very cold outside. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is varied.

The service was terrible! I navigated to the north side of the hotel, but there was no sign. I called the front desk, and they didn't know anything about the directions. They said they would show me the way, but after waiting for ages, no one showed up. They called again, saying they were busy and asked how long the wait would be. I know everyone knows this. First time staying at Atour, very disappointing... As soon as I walked in, I found that the toilet seat was not clean and had obvious stains. I called the front desk and asked if I wanted to change rooms. I said just clean it for me. The housekeeper came over and took a long time to fix it for me, but it fell off.
