Very please with their warm and sincere services. Note that large vehicle cannot acess into the alley. Inform them and they will help pull all your luggages to their place. They are one of the few that have ground floor balcony which is zero meter away to the lake. Was surprised when they cooperate with local photographer which will give away 3 free softcopy portrait photos of us. If we want more, extra will be ¥20 each onward. Their rooftop have place with traditional costumes and mirror to spice up your photos. They also have smart toilet bowl which will keep your butt warm. ;) If you intend to go lijiang afterward, recommend is to inform the receptionist to help you book share-transport so you don't have to waste time going to railway station or airport. They will travel by expressway which have great scenery.

Amazing stay and definitely worth the price paid. Hotel provided pick up service (just have to liaise via WeChat) which was very smooth. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea consisting of cakes, nuts and choice of drink (mine was matcha latte) and a bedtime dessert of white funguses were provided which were of decent quality. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. View of the lake was amazing and I could even see the fireworks that seems to occur every night at Shuanglang area. Everything was pleasant and I cannot wait to return again. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is the most pretty and best we have in our trip in Yunnan. Our room is clean and with quality linen, superb unblock lake view. Sunset view is superb.

We enjoyed our stay there. Feels like home. The view is amazing and it makes it unnecessary to go out to get the best view. The staffs there are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was well prepared and tasted so good. The complementary afternoon tea set was great too. Love the location as it’s convenient to walk and shop around the town. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel service is very good. As soon as we arrived in Shuanglang, a young man from the hotel came out to help us with our luggage. When we checked in, the hotel also provided us with tea and desserts, and let us choose breakfast for the next day on the spot. Came to a windy place, stayed in Yueming for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first day, I arrived at Dali Station. The homestay arranged a special car to pick me up. When I arrived at Shuanglang Ancient Town, I arranged to pick up my luggage and people. It was just a short walk. I was given flower cakes, afternoon tea, travel photography, and good night desserts. The balcony view is super beautiful, with blue sky, white clouds and blue sea. It has all the beauty that a trip should have. The first regret is that there are not many seagulls. On the first day, I made an appointment for travel photography, and I got 3 free photos, and paid for 2 photos at my own expense (20 each). On the second day, I went downstairs for breakfast (the taste was okay, but not as good as Kunming rice noodles), then rented a car to go to Haixi to play, and made an appointment for afternoon tea and delivered to the room. On the third day, I went downstairs at 8 o'clock, only to find that breakfast didn't start until 8.30, so I went to the town to have breakfast, and then drove for 2 hours to Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain. Haha, the second regret was that the cable car was closed (which led to the purchase of 3 unopened oxygen cylinders, which I threw at the B&B). I played Yunshanping and Blue Moon Valley, and the afternoon tea was still in the room. I came back at 19 o'clock to catch the afternoon tea and sunset. On the fourth day, I made an appointment to deliver the luggage at 8 o'clock in the morning. I went downstairs at 7.55, and the guys hadn't started work yet. Haha, I didn't mind it much. I like the relaxation of the guys here at work. We walked to the cooperative parking lot first. Fortunately, someone delivered our luggage on time at 8 o'clock. Then we drove along the East Ring Line all the way to Dali Station. To be honest, the most beautiful thing in Haidong and Haixi is the waterfront balcony here. Sitting on the balcony, drinking afternoon tea, and admiring Erhai Lake, Cangshan Mountain, and sunset, this is the relaxation we want! Facilities: Restaurant + waterfront balcony on the first floor, super beautiful. There are also photo-taking facilities on the roof, which are also super beautiful. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: It is only suitable to drive here. There are many locals here, so public transportation is not convenient. Service: Very good. Afternoon tea for two: Very delicious and tasty. Goodnight sweet soup: I personally don’t like it, it’s too sweet. Departure gift: Exquisite, the flower cake is delicious, and the milk was taken away by the airport, haha.

The view from the room was beautiful. I felt uncomfortable one day during the trip. The porridge made by the store was very heartwarming. The service was superb. The pick-up was very enthusiastic. There was sweet soup every night and afternoon tea. It was very cost-effective.
