Friendly staff. Good location. Nice breakfast. Day tour taxi driver doesn't speak English. Reception helped book sleeping bus back to Saigon. Very close to the traditional market and night market.

There is no significant trouble, and I thought the cost performance is good. But there are the following problems. In the night, the re were noise from next room and upper room. There was water leakage in the bathroom The shower hose was short. There was a wifi problem and I requested to check. But it was checked and repaired on next day.

The hotel is very clean, and the family room is spacious for 2 of us. Basic amenities like toiletries, iron, fridge, cable TV are provided. No air-conditioning though but the weather is cold enough with just a fan. Breakfast was also included with the stay and it's buffet style. Customer service is also top notch. Good job!

The room are very spacious however when we were there, there was constructions going on opposite and the noise goes on till late. Bed were comfy. The tap in our room came loose. Other than that, pretty decent stay for its price. And it’s near the market too

It's my second time staying in this hotel, the location is within walking distance to the night market and breakfast variety changed daily. Front desk manager Duyen is especially helpful since my 1st stayed a year ago, that's why I'm back staying in the same hotel. The rest of the staff are friendly too, overall a pleasant and happy stay 😊

Helpful staff, neat and clean rooms

Located near walking street the hotel service is quite nice with attentive staff. Breakfast was really good for the price paid. Thanks to Ms. Duyen for helping with everything at front desk and the concierge was excellent.

Nice clean hotel. The reception was very nice and helped me store my luggage when I needed to leave after check out. The room looks new and cozy. The breakfast is delicious.

Hotel staff is generally friendly & courteous. Receptionist was helpful & provides useful tips for places to visit. Location is very suitable for tourist who prefers quieter environments and yet very close to the night market location (the happening & lively must go place), Xuan Huong lake, Dalat City Flower Garden and many shopping places for good buy. It is a great place to stay. The hotel is also helpful to provide us with chair with back rest, without additional charges, when we requested for it because the hotel only furnished the rooms with stools, which is not comfortable.

Hotel was average - the room was clean enough and spacious. There was no aircon in the room and only a fan, so something to be aware of if this is what you’re looking for. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options. I’d agree that this is a 2* hotel and the price was fair.

The hotel is in a good location is close to the night market and the zoning that we can Walk Around. The Weather is very good That's why we can spend A Long Time of Walking and shopping

We booked a room with two queen beds. The room is big, it has ample of space for me to exercise after the queen beds. The service is good too. Staff is friendly and helpful. I don't have power socket that provide USB slot, I borrowed one from the counter. It's generally clean as well. Good location. I'm satisfied as a whole.
