First day check in, wanted to have room service but the telephone cannot be used. I decided to eat out instead. Aircon has some problem on the first night. And the towel has threads coming out of it.

Fire test certification during my stay was really annoying, i was not able to have a rest, elevator was not working and impossible to go outside and the alarm was very loud. The hotel do not inform me before about this test, manager was on day off so difficult to ask any modifications or compensation or cancel… In the room the phone was not working and the smell of new material was heavy… Don’t take a room on road side, aircon blow direct cool wind on the bed which is not comfortable.Even if the team was kind this is not what we expect from a 5 star hotel.

Staff very nicely and helpful

The hotel smells good, is very clean, the towels are white and new, and there are green plants in every corner! It was very comfortable to stay for two days and the breakfast was delicious. There is a mall next to me and it has been raining this week, so I went in to hang out. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the door is not obvious!

As expected from a 5-star hotel, it is clean and the service is very satisfying. It was nice to be assigned a room with a good view. It is close to Godalat and is a very luxurious and sophisticated accommodation.

I travel often, but I am picky when choosing hotels and do not have many satisfactory reviews. However, I am writing a special review because I am so satisfied that I want to give this place a perfect score. It is a new hotel and all the staff are friendly. The service is fast and good. There was a problem with the bathroom water quality, but they were kind and quick to resolve it and showed their best efforts. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. In particular, the location is really great. Go Dalat, the largest supermarket in Dalat, is just a 3-minute walk away, so I was able to use it conveniently every day. It is really convenient because the lakeside walk and the park walk are right next to it. The city center and Dalat night market are within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, has a variety of items, and is clean and well-managed, so I was satisfied. In particular, the most impressive thing is that even though it was before 8 o'clock in the morning, the manager of the breakfast restaurant came to the restaurant and managed everything, checked the inconveniences and reactions of the guests, and they served kindly and diligently, leaving a good impression. I would like to praise the manager of the breakfast restaurant for his active service spirit and the fact that he kindly listened to and checked for any inconvenient problems in the rooms and resolved them. I was touched by the way they made eye contact, greeted each other, and worked hard. I often travel to hotels, but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast restaurant manager with such passion. I want to thank the restaurant manager for the delicious breakfast and the friendly service of all the staff. I want to visit this hotel again and recommend it. I recommend it.

The hotel is not big, but the rooms are very nice and elegant, with a European feel. What's more, there are fresh flowers. I've stayed in hotels about 500 times, but it's rare to find a room with fresh flowers. I was happy to see roses. The shower and toilet are separated, and I'm glad that there are bath salts in the bathtub. However, the bathtub is so small that even a small-sized person like me can't stretch my legs. The breakfast area is spacious and delicious. There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel, which is convenient. However, perhaps because it is still a new hotel, the reception and some of the staff are not 5-star, and the pool, gym, and spa are under construction and cannot be used, so the price is high! You can only use the room. (In the current situation, the accommodation fee should be reduced by about 3,000 yen.) At best, it would be better to visit this hotel when all the facilities are completed.

More then awesome

It was nice that most of the facilities were new as it was a 5-star hotel. Overall, the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is a bit disappointing. Iced coffee was delicious. Aside from the hotel, Dalat is nice and cool, but I don't think it has much of an advantage in other areas.

It is adjacent to the lake in the center of Dalat and there is a large supermarket nearby, making it convenient for shopping. It will be a hotel with the best facilities and services in Dalat city.

The hotel is so good The location is good, it's not noisy, and I had a good rest. The facilities are luxurious, but the breakfast is so-so. Grab to the night market is 30,000 dong, so you can walk easily during the day.
