Eventho its a bit small but the location is great and right at the city center! Love how easy it is to borrow a scooter from the reception but they will hold our passport eventho there is no deposit needed. The room is a bit small but its clean and cozy. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰

The apartment location was central, staff was very friendly and helped with tour recommendations.

Clean and in town, limited amenities

I book two rooms, one of the room is compact and quite which is fine for my daughter, whereas the other room with balcony is bit noisy from the floor above me, you can hear people moving chair and table at night, it maybe the way the building build. The location is good.

Good location, nice room and friendly staff. As a downside, no resto/cafe in the building, just a ‘bistro’ with drinks and snacks only. So to have a breakfast you should find a place outside.

This hotel is the one I am most dissatisfied with among the hotels I have booked through Trip.com during my 21-day trip to Vietnam. #1. Every time I say that I don’t want to get close to the elevator, the elevator door ends up opening wide. #2. We booked a room with a balcony, but we were assigned a room next to a sewer. There was a foul smell as soon as we opened the door, and we were also assigned a room without air conditioning.

There is no air conditioning in this hotel. We got tired a lot with them until I paid more money to change the reservation, but the location of the hotel is beautiful and close to services. The level of cleanliness of the bathroom is not good. I thank the Trip application for the ease of use of the application. Thank you for your good treatment. I wish you more progress and customer retention to satisfy them.

Super good location, many convenient restaurants. Fully equipped, spacious and comfortable room. Best of all, there is air conditioning and a large refrigerator. Microwave, induction cooker, very convenient for eating.

It's a good place to stay. The location is a bit weird, but it's a good value hotel.

The hotel is neat and clean. It is only a five- to six-minute walk from the beef hotpot restaurant that locals love. Not far from the hotel, there is also a Vietnamese chicken noodle and beef noodle shop that is delicious. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Dalat Night Market. The location is convenient. !

The room has no air conditioning and is a bit hot.

The boss can speak a few words of Chinese and has a good service attitude. He will help us carry our luggage.
