Amazing hotel. Clean, big room size. Hotel staff was kind. Hotel is 15mins away from the proper down town area. Hotel should give more water, at check in only gave 1 bottle. And the next day didn’t put a new bottle.

While the hotel is quiet and safe, centrally located and has large rooms with flat screen TV’s and comfortable beds, this is at most a three-star hotel, in my opinion. Amenities are sparse (e.g., one towel, one water glass, one complementary bottle of water on first night only, no coffee or tea in room). Although the room was clean, the window had obviously not been washed for sometime. Prices at the onsite restaurant are very high as is the price of the airport shuttle. One plus is the rooftop bar and pool with great views of the city.

The hotel is modern with decent food, rooms and service but nothing special. The rooms are very large but lack character. Breakfast could be better and service was a bit slow. Internet is decent. Its a hotel to stay when on a work trip but not for spending much time.

Jai effectué une dizaine de reservations suivies de sejours au fleur de lys plateau et point E. Il est indediable c'est un bon hotel mais il y a mieux à Dakar. JE trouve que le personnel manque de professionnalisme; les femmes de menage doivent montrer plus de respect vis à vis du client. L'acceuil est impeccable; mais le restaurant du rez-de-chaussee ²à point E doit ecouter les besoins des clients. ils sont dans un empressement tel qu'ils viennent vous servir ce que vous n'avez pas demandé. Deuxieme point ils mettent trop de temps à servir les plats en chambre. 3e point le manque de professionnalisme est visible dans le fait que le personnel peut tenir des discussions inappropriées en presence du client. Par ailleurs il m'est arrivé plusieurs fois lors de ces sejours de voir les humeurs désagreables du personnel de chambre lors de leur passage en chambre ou pour servir ou pour verifier le minibar. J'ai été reveillé plus d'une fois pour une verification du minibar ou soit disant pour faire le menage. Clairement le personnel manque de formation. Pour un hotel de luxe la machine à café devrait etre presente dans toutes les chambres. En plus les prix des repas sont exagérés.

Estive no Hotel Fleur de Lys, Point E, por duas noites. O hotel é novo, as acomodações, quarto e banheiro, são espaçosas, a cama confortável. O pessoal do hotel é bastante simpático e prestativo, não é à toa que estamos no país da “Teranga”. Poderão, no entanto, melhorar/diversificar as opções do pequeno almoço. Ótimo hotel para quem viaja a negócios/trabalho.
