Amenities are horrible. They woll charge you if you drink the water bottle placed inside the room. They charge you if you order through food delivery service.

I stayed at Value Star Inn while visiting Dagupan. The hotel was clean and safe. The service was great.

The staff's service attitude is very good, and they actively help carry luggage up and downstairs. However, the hygiene and cleaning are not in place. For example, there are many hairs and stains left on the sheets. There are small cockroaches in the room from time to time. The sound insulation is also poor. If you are only staying overnight, this price is reasonable. Surprisingly, there are many convenient things to do outside the hotel.
