Clean and great hotel! A bit pricy but the hotel is very fancy but my option did not have breakfast included.

They did not have the aircon on so they told us to open the windows. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable there. We went for an event that was planned months in advanced but they ran out of the food so we did not get all the courses we were supposed to get.

It’s a hotel that I have been visiting since 2006. The service is getting worse and worse to be honest. This time during the stay, I had to change room at 1:00 A.M. due to electronic panel issue… Can’t believe this kind of incident could happen in a five star hotel.

Is this a 5-star hotel? The cleanliness is the worst. I checked in at 10 p.m. and there was no guard that I requested because I was late. If there was no baby guard, there would be no reason to choose this place, so they hurriedly found one for me. It just looks like they didn't do it because it was annoying. Spacious room, good view. And the wooden floor was nice. I used the sauna, the water was good, and since it was a membership system, there were an appropriate number of people so I was able to use it comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that there was dust on the amenity box and the wall at the head of the bed, as the room was not used often.
