Thank you very much for our memorable stay in “Origin Ubud”. We bookies 2bedm. villa, but cause of the overbooked the hotel couldn’t provide it, they kindly gave us 2 villas. All the staff were kind and helpful, villas were clean and nice. It’s not so fare away from the Ubud centre, and we with two kids can reach it easily. The variety of breakfast it good, western style as well as local. You can contact with the reception by WhatsApp which is very convenient. Whatever you wants just text. If we will come back Ubud for sure will stay again here. Thank you🫶🏻

The services by the staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Main Street and yet quiet enough. Highly recommend hotel!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. I liked the view of Ubud's beauty even more. It's a bit far from Ubud Palace, but you can get there very cheaply using Grab. Definitely recommended!

From the beginning there was no receptionist, then entered the room, the room felt hot and the AC was not cold.. although the staff was quite responsive and provided a fan, but in the end the AC was still not cold, if there was no fan the room would feel very hot.. because the AC was not cold so it made it difficult to sleep.. for cleanliness is also a bit less clean especially the toilet.. the toilet smells.. then the strange thing is, in the garden there is dog feces, I don't know where the dog feces came from but it is very disgusting.. continuing to breakfast, it is not hygienic because it is not covered by plastic wrap or the like.. so the food is directly exposed to the air.. overall bad experience with a fairly expensive price.. not worth it..

The location is close to Ubud Palace and the service was good. The Kecak Fire Show in front of the hotel on Tuesday and Sunday evenings is really great.

The hotel is clean and nice. The breakfast is especially delicious. The staff is very friendly, and they also provide good mosquito repellent scents, so I slept well.

Breakfast is really great. It felt a little different than the pictures. The small room and bathroom are a little smelly because the sunlight doesn't reach them. The location is good.

The villa is beautiful, exactly like in the photo. The pool is cold, we swam 1 time out of 3 days. We liked the style itself. VERY comfortable bed. Beautiful view. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, but the smell was really unpleasant, especially at first. Cleanliness is very average if you look closely. The white towels looked like they were used to wash the floors. Bottles of shampoo and shower gel are stained. An average hotel in the middle. The weakest point is breakfast. Surprisingly not tasty, the child did not eat at all, I had difficulty. Even the fruit is not tasty. The staff is friendly, but we did not use their help.

If you have a child and are going with a stroller, I recommend a place a little closer to the center. If you don't have children, you can get around at an affordable price by hiring a motorcycle. There is a swimming pool and a small tent and toys are provided for children to play. Breakfast is also delicious. However, there are a few ants in certain places. Is it because the bathroom ceiling is slightly open? There are small bugs that may just come out of the toilet itself. There are no mosquitoes They light mosquito repellent incense every evening and the staff is friendly. Conclusion: Recommended if you want a private swimming pool. If you plan to go out a lot for sightseeing purposes, the hotel price is not reasonable. All staff are friendly~😊

The hotel lobby is very small, facing the street, the room is large, the decoration is minimal, the bathroom is spacious, it is not good to take a bath and the hot water in the shower is not enough to cool down. The pool water in the room is also cold and not very clean. The bed next to it is comfortable to lie on, but the pillows are not very clean. It is best to spread the mattress provided by the bathroom or something. It is recommended not to eat the bagged snacks provided in the room. The fee is not marked. The waiter said that the free is fake. The snack was charged at 138 Indonesian rupiah when I checked out the next day. Receipt. What makes people feel even worse is that some of us accidentally polluted some bed sheets for special reasons, saying that they couldn’t be washed off, and asked us to pay the bed sheet fee of 242 yuan in Indonesian rupiah, without issuing a receipt or invoice. Took the sheets and left, (the sheets were dry when they were taken away, they didn't even try to clean them, just wanted money). After that, we simply washed the stain with water and it was as clean as ever. The service manager who collected our money did this by trying to collect the money into his own pocket, and gave a bad review on the management and service of this hotel! We booked two rooms at a high price, one was nearly 2,000 RMB. The service and facilities are not worthy of this price. There are many good local options at the same price. I do not recommend it. I hope that you will not have a bad hotel experience when you go out. Step on mine.

Great stay , amazing breakfast, beautifully designed and peaceful . great pool to cool off on a hot day. Good and courteous staffs . Great location. Nearby to many warungs(local delicacies) and laundry facilites and around 20 mins walk to ubud central.
