The hotel is very clean and convenient. The outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful. Every staff member in the hotel is very polite and friendly. I like this place very much. We will come again if we have the chance. Thank you everyone and Ty for the excellent service.

This hostel is pretty solid for solo travelers. Please note that my review is based on my experience staying in the dorm room. Overall, what I liked the most about this hostel is the staffs, everyone is so warm, helpful and friendly. They will try to assist you the best they can! The uncle guard will always bring you a cup of cool water whenever you sit in the check-in area. Second to that is the convenience of the area with all the coffee shops and local eateries around. The location is also pretty close to the city center and Han River or Dragon bridge. The Bathroom,toilet, and dorm room are relatively clean. All dorm rooms are located in the same floor and equipped with slide doors without locks, like common living area. It is quite humid so some mosquitoes are flying around. Maybe what I disliked the most is some guests came back to the hostel around 3am and talking so loudly. I hope the hostel could have more strict rules regarding the noises after 11pm or something. Maybe the check-in staffs could let the guests know in advance that no noises or disturbs after 11pm. That would be nice!

That was amazing experience! The bed is comfortable, location is good if you looking for Da nang downtown experience, rooftop swimming pool is very nice also and special thanks to the staff, they really made my stay l comfortable and calm. 100% recommended

Good for Solo traveler but …. There key points that I love in this place. One is the uncle and aunty who is very accomodating and smile with warmth. Second is the lady receptionist on duty last Jan 7-8, night shift (tham or thap) forget the name. — reason is when i check in Im asking if they have some ameneties of adapter for a phone and añl said dont have, towels are also not given. So I left the hotel and made my tour. The lady is the only who understand and give the right answer, most of them they alwayd say Yes without any reason. After I come back the lady reception help me to find one, checked the AC temp and gave me a towel to use. I told him that i need to leave early in the morning before 6AM. She deligthfully note it and secure that breakfast will be serve accordingly. Facility is a bit dirty and the door on our room is always open I guess what makes this special is bef of the uncle and aunty and the lady reception.

Overall is good, value for money and convenience because it located at middle of city. The only negative thing about the hotel is the bed sheet and blanket are dirty, there is dirty stains on it and we felt itchy and not comfortable when covering with it. We did ask for change but receptionist said it was the last one and no more to change. We have no choice and have to clean it with our own sanitiser. Hope hotel side can look into it and improve it.

Due to a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely concerned about our journey. Room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with the beautiful lil balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions.

I feel warm and joyful when we first arrive the hotel. The staff- Ti welcome us by helping us to open the door of the car and take our luggages to our room. The staffs in the front desk are really helpful, they trued their best to help us call internal line to book massage. During the Christmas period, the hotel organised free cooking workshop for us to make cakes. That’s was really great! The room is so bright and pretty. The facilities are great. I love everything here❤️

The hospitality was wonderful, and the doorbell grandpa is the sweetest person! However, there were a few issues: 1. The dorm room on the second floor had a strong odor, possibly from both sewer and urine. The lobby on the first floor also had a noticeable sewer smell. 2. People are allowed to smoke in the lobby/entrance area, where breakfast is served just outside. If you have breakfast here, you have to bear the smell of smoke and passive smoking. Aside from these concerns, the room itself looks lovely, and the free access to the swimming pool is a great perk!

Very nice place to stay, providing filtered water, very nice receptionists, and security men! Lovely customer service. Could leave my bag there for a long time after checking out!

Cannot describe appreciation enough to receptionists and security for Seahorse Signature Danang Hotel by Haviland, Pros: - Best hospitality - Meet expectations as requested - Great help finding cafes - Better price to extend the stay ( Pay at reception ) - Safe and best security, due to I rent a bike in Danang - Safe for solo travel for woman. There was the incident happened in one morning, a woman who stay at dorm same room with me ( 4 people ) for a night and she lost her money in the morning, at last we don;t know who took it, and one guy who stay in dorm lost his money from the other nights as well from what I asked. ( Bad morning for me ) We try to prove and let her check my purse and everything, This kind of incident never happened to me for 5 nights staying here, due to I was really conscious about this. Travelers should know and take care of their own belonging for staying at this kind of accommodations, especially WOMAN. Cons: - Do not have female dorm and only mixed dorm available This is my first time staying with mixed dorm and I have a great experience for over all, WILL MISS DANANG and people here.

The price over quality is very good indeed, there are many restaurants around. The guards are such a nice guys, that definetely make a difference. Talking about the hostel, the dorm area does not really look like in the pictures, but not a big thing. I really did not like that in the dorm area there are no silence schedule, and whenever somebody talked, even outside the rooms, you can hear everything and the people do not give a thing if other people is sleeping.
