Great overall experience

Pleasant hotel in the city of Cusco, close to everything, recondemned

Hotel is pretty but no air conditioner in room. Only 1 elevator for 12 floors. Not too many speak English. Not in great neighborhood. Traffic is bad with hardly any stop signs or lights. Dogs all over the place, friendly but not owned by anyone

Bad bed, not good pillow, the location of the hotel is not bad but the coffee is not good. There are no towels in the room, you have to keep asking for them and the staff do not bring them. The shower is terrible and does not heat up. We arrived to take a shower late because the tour ended late, we had to take a cold shower in Peru at midnight. I do not recommend staying at this place. They make noise and slam doors all the time. I did not like it.

We bought the stay through Decolar, which shows photos of the other Polo hotel. When we arrived, it was a disappointment. The room was too cramped, the bathroom was small and cold. We were left without electricity several times and they said they were undergoing maintenance, but the sockets still worked. The breakfast was very simple and had no options.

El Cusco es una ciudad que enamora, me encantan sus calles estrechas con sus subidas y sus bajadas, visite los sitios históricos y asombrada como siempre al volver a ver hermanas maravillas. Almorzamos en la Cusqueñita unos potajes para chuparse los dedos, el chicharrón con su papita sancochada, el Charo, la lengua estofada, uff que rico todo y su chicha de jora

Un cómodo lugar no es nada del otro mundo ni lujoso, pero funciona perfecto para una agradable estancia en cuzco, central y para hacer todos los tour alrededor, esta cerca al aeropuerto, a una cuadra del monumento de pachacute, 20mins aprox de la plaza de armas, zona tranquila y cerca a restaurantes lugareños económicos, todo el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar, buena agua caliente, una cama cómoda para descansar de las largas caminatas, desayuno abundante y variado, que mas puedo decir recomendado!
