Generally okay. Towels and bedsheets are old, not white. Restaurant is a bit cold in the morning.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Crew very helpful.

The hotel has hot water heaters, hair dryers and bottled water. Good sanitary conditions, elegant environment, good service, very close to Plaza de Armas, complete surrounding facilities, and good breakfast.

I am usually lazy to review hotels, but this hotel is super good in terms of environment and service of the staff, so I can't help but give it 5 stars. First of all, the room is very clean, the decoration is a bit Cusco style, and hot water and heating are also available 24 hours a day (unlike motto, which has small and dark rooms and limited heating). Secondly, the staff is very patient with customers, answering every question seriously and providing laundry service. It is really great. I will book this place again next time.

highly recommended. It is completely consistent with the style of Cusco, small courtyard, warm and comfortable. There should be many exquisite hotels like this in Cusco, so you can look for them slowly.

Saphi 쪽에 있어서 건물이 오래되었지만 내부는 매우 깔끔합니다. 서비스가 아주 좋고, 모든 리셉셔니스트들이 친절합니다. 머무는 사람이 얼마 없을 경우에는 조식에 대해 미리 주문을 받습니다. 그리고 일찍 나가야 하는 경우에도 포장해주시는데 너무 좋았습니다.

住了兩晚後自己去了馬丘比丘，回來接着住，給我升了更大的房間，寄存的行李直接提前放在了房間。我生病了不舒服，還延長了我的退房時間，我在沙發上歪着給我蓋了毛毯，真是很感動，強烈推薦！

I had a very positive experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly agreeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and well-connected to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Stayed 3 nights. Staff very friendly especially Virgilio. Location only a few blocks from the historical site. Breakfast was our favourite in Peru as not only the scramble eggs was nicely cooked, they provide avocado which is a plus point! Their passion fruits were so sweet. Rooms are big , extra large king size bed & modern bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very good. 24-hour tea station. Very helpful personnel at the reception. The location is unbeatable: 7-10 minutes walk from the main square. The only complain is that hot dishes for breakfast are cold. Cold omleеtte and pasta from the fridge is really weirdю The breakfast itself is nornmal, fresh fruit, avocado, cheese. But do something to warm the food before serving.

Ideal location: a short walk up the street from the historic centre, but not close enough to be affected by traffic and noise. The rooms are laid out around pleasant central patios. They are spacious, warm and comfortable. We loved the superior suite, with its own balcony with outdoor seating, a separate sitting area, bathroom with tub and separate rain shower stall, and heated floor tiles. The breakfast buffet is ample and varied, with fresh fruit and juice, and eggs cooked to order daily. Coca and muña tea are available throughout the day. Our stay was split before and after a trip to Machu Picchu. We first arrived very early in the morning and although check-in is at 12, we were speedily accommodated and shown to our room with no extra charge. Upon our return, we were offered the superior suite at the regular room rate. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. At check-in they gave us a map of Cusco and detailed information about places of interest. At first check-out we were told to simply leave our luggage in the room and found it in our new room when we returned. The hotel was mentioned in a New York Times travel article ("gorgeous") but that one word does not do it justice! I would plan to stay here again and also at the other Tierra Viva poperties!

Complimentary coca tea and muna tea in the lobby at all times (we desperately needed both), porters to help with bags up and down stairs (also needed with the altitude). The staff wqs great and the room itself was nice. The only drawbacks were no air conditioning and no mini fridge in the room. Overall, good hotel and the staff took it from good to great.

This hotel was a great home base for my trip through the Lares Valley and to Machu Picchu. The rooms were very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the water pressure in the shower was extraordinary. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
