Other than the tv in the room which is old and the breakfast food quality not the best, the hotel is generally quite nice for relaxation

Very friendly staff who was willing to accommodate to our request to get a room with bathtub. Highly recommended place with many things to do within the resort!

The environment is very good, the location is convenient, and the accommodation facilities are complete. You can also make an appointment to play golf, the course is large and beautiful. It is very convenient to go to the surrounding towns for dinner and sightseeing.

The counter staff spoke too fast, which made the elderly suffer! The breakfast was terrible, especially the automatic coffee brewing machine was terrible, and if you want soy milk vegetarian coffee, you need to pay extra, which is not vegetarian friendly. The faucet in the room leaked and the drainage system was too old and not very convenient to use. The hotel staff did not change the room and told me that this room has been having problems and they will fix it if the funds are enough. Maybe I am not a member, so I didn't take it seriously. In addition, the room is next to the restaurant and it is noisy. Many were not available until 10pm, which was not in line with my original intention of coming to a country vacation. RACV has always been advertised as five-star and member-friendly, but it seems that the experience is not enough... The room type is too old, there is no main light to turn off the system, and there is no USB wiper. The TV is placed between the two beds, which is very inconvenient for viewing.
