A very overwhelming and professional service. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. Comprising a roof top swimming pool, spa and gym. The location is very close to the beach. Very clean. Excellent. Loved it with my family.

The accommodations were satisfactory; the room was clean. The view was unremarkable, and the service was adequate.

Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

My friend chosen best western heritage from online promotion.. this second time our Cox's bazar trip. This time we enjoyed our train journey.. overall staff of this hotel are highly professional and maintain getting.our room was clean and disinfectan.breakfast has large item and Mr babul assis is during our breakfast.

Excellent breakfast! Environment are quite good along the staf behover. Next time when i will visit the cox's bazar "best western heritage"will be in keep in my mind to stay with them again. Wish you to keep continue your service & best of luck 😊

When I went to the hotel, I saw that someone—I’m not sure if he was the manager—was there. I sat down with him to discuss a program, but his attitude was quite surprising. He put his hand in his pocket and gave me a certain look. There was no way to have a polite conversation with him; he seemed to be in a hurry and showed no interest in talking. As a manager, his behavior was extremely unprofessional.

We are visiting visiting I'm not best it is Western heritage for enjoying our pleasure time. We were there for two two days. Our frist impresstion was tremendous.we had got welcome drinks during our checked in. Morning breakfast has variety of item and we liked fruits and omelette.Babul served us on breakfast and tea was tasty. Room in excellent and well furnished. Thak to all.

Mr. Riyad was excellent staff. His communication was very good & was enthusiastic. We had a very good time here. The restaurant food was very good & we were satisfied. There were some issues with the check in time. They should improve this service.
