First night bad experience, water leaking from the top ceiling on to my bed. The pillow, bed cabinet, duvet cover, carpet was wet!! 3 am in the morning. The service and cleanliness was excellent, the hotel staff were very friendly. Very professional.

I was in room 187 the noise from the pipes for the 2 days I was there was terrible I left after 2 days exhausted from lack of sleep the room was lovely and the bed was great but I ask the management to go into that room and flush toilets from other rooms and you will hear what I mean. I couldn’t believe how bad it was I won’t lie. Paint in the bathroom could do with a little TLC

The room is spacious and the hotel has a lot of car parking lots conveniently located next to the premises. Good value for money!

Clean, big, peaceful place

Breakfast service was amazing , the manager was the loveliest ,she made us feel really welcomed and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome hotel

It's okay. I came to Coventry from Manchester City. I found a hotel near the end of the night. I called in advance to see if I could check in. It's just a long way from the city. The corridor is very long. Check-in is also very fast. The front desk reception is also very good.
