We didn’t enjoy our stay in the hotel because the rooms were freezing cold the heating system were not working,and that ruined our stay because we booked there to come and celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and they refused to change our rooms and be told to be given the blankets and stay under the bed and cover ourselves how can we celebrate and enjoy ourselves just to be covered ourselves under the duvet,we didn’t pay all that money to come in the freezing cold rooms

I live local, but due o having housework done and me being disabled, I was advised it would be beneficial for me to be out of the house for a few days. I picked Double Tree Hilton as they were offering the best price. I'm so glad I did. The staff could not do enough for you, especially Wendy, she is such an amazing lady, my 10 year old son said to me how amazing and helpful Wendy was and that says it all.

Friendly staff and great location. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is perfect for a couples weekend away, the receptionist can’t remember her name was amazing and upgraded our room free of charge too

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff. Far from city centre. If you are using public transport time consuming to get to and from the hotel, which is a waste of time. Hotel was very clean.

Friendly and great customer service

The bed was not clean enough

Absolutely wonderful stay. Have been here several times and as always the service and hotel was perfect. Beverley as always was a joy, helpful, friendly and an absolute laugh. Other front of house were lovely too! The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel also has the benefit of a pool which is great for the kids. Always stay here when I’m Coventry (unless fully booked or too expensive) and will recommend the hotel to all.
