Nice place to relax , not far from Defense.

The facilities are relatively new, the location is very close to the tram station, there is a big supermarket and several restaurants next to it. It's really good

1 night stay, good experience, comfortable bed. Slept like a baby

I stayed in France for three days in total, mainly because my friend's bag was lost. The local police were quibbling and irresponsible, so I had to rely on the embassy. Black people were prevalent, almost 3/4 of the pedestrians on the street were black. The subway was also served by black people, who were lazy and sloppy. The service was terrible.

Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay. Great location near La Defense with all the needed facilities available.

Mediocre room. Dirty floor but well equipped. No air con so room was like a furnace but both windows open fully. We paid to use car park which was the foulest place I’ve ever been with an open sewer overflowing then when we asked to leave car to 5pm after check out they refused. We paid to park yet asked to move car. Location is great. We used the public swimming pool opposite and the kids play park and splash pad.

I spent 1 night in one of the studio, I was attending a family funeral. Well equipped - I could have cooked a proper meal, also new sponge, tea towel, etc. Comfortable bed, table and 2 chairs, decent storage space. Really good location, the bakery nearby is a must try. Great staff. Excellent value for money. Not sure why they get bad reviews.

In summary: Family trip with 2 children aged 5 and 7. Kids activities were not available. Checking in - unorganised and rooms not ready for 3pm check-in. Payment - full payment in advance. The online check-in is not valid. Parking - €15 per day paid up front. Rooms - we had a family apartment / room. It was adequate for 2 adults and 2. Shower was intermittent with super hot then super cold, not thermostat control. Metro - circa 15mins walk to RER. Service - poor, disorganised and not very responsive. Request of fresh towels took more than 30mins. Would we stay here again - No

I had booked a 2-night stay at this hotel from 1st to 3rd April. However, due to a French border officials’ strike, I couldn’t travel from Dover. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and they agreed to postpone my stay for free until the end of May. But when I tried to use my booking on May 29th, they wanted to charge me an extra 150% and did not honor their agreement. They also refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this hotel, because of their dishonesty and lack of customer service - they did not keep their word. Avoid - There are better options in Paris.

This place is in a quite neighborhood, with parks, shops, restaurants all within walkable distance. Take a stroll downhill as River Seine is close by, you could even see Eiffel Tower from afar. Right opposite to the hotel - is a play area for kids, a carousel, water fountains, benches, etc where you can relax. I had a pleasant experience at the reception. I remember Milos who is very courteous and helped us as I checked-out early. And would return to collect my shipment delivered during the day.

The appart hotel is quite well located but some renovation works were being performed at the eleven floor when I arrived at 5PM. The room was correct. But even for platinum profile the service was poor. I rather spend a little bit more and stay at the Mercure nearby more modern and confortable.

Hotel well located and good for low budget but the current prices are far in excess of the limited facilities that it provides. No Air-conditioning and in temperate season you need to open your windows. I strongly feel really bad that a normal price of 60 - 70 Euros became 200 Euros per night for this supposed to be low budget budget apart Hotel.

I spent one night at this Adagio in Bordeaux, which was very well located. The reception team was excellent at welcoming and checking out. Everything was well explained and very clear. The additional services, such as the sauna and gym, were also excellent.

The hotel is a nightmare. It is far from the subway, if that were all, it would be ok. But no, only one of the check-in attendants spoke English, considering the tourist area and the price, this is unacceptable. The cleaning staff is rude. The morning manager is even more so, completely unprepared to provide human and friendly service. They do not respect the dignity of treatment that is expected. The night manager, who is even more prepared, as he speaks several languages, is well prepared for management and knows how to deal with the consumer. The hotel was not originally an Adagio, but it was incorporated. Therefore, it does not follow the Accor quality standard of service. They do not follow the Accor points redemption standards, I had problems at check-in, extension and check-out. The cleaning leaves something to be desired. Furthermore, on the day of check-out, they came to take out the trash and banged it so hard that the whole room shook. The toilet did not flush properly. A daily rate of 200 euros for such poor quality service is far from being minimally acceptable. I do not recommend staying at the hotel. In case of involuntary cancellations, expect a lack of transparency and difficulty in refunding your money. Run away and look for much better hotels nearby.
