Check-in and check-out were both super fast and friendly. The single room is teeny tiny but has everything you need. The view was amazing！

Nice and clean hotel in the best location

The location is great, right in Xingang. It should have been renovated in recent years. The room is not big but tidy. You can see a corner of Xingang from the window, and there is an elevator!

The location is very good. It's not far from the subway station, right at the New Port. I watched the sunrise when I got up in the morning. It's convenient to go to various attractions. However, the room is really small and the bed is very narrow. The hotel provides free coffee, haha. Next to the coffee machine, there is a unique Danish coffee packaged in milk bags, which is very unique. It can't be torn open, and if it is torn, it will easily spray everywhere.

Some rooms are very small, which may be difficult for domestic tourists to adapt to. The hygiene is okay, but you need to go to the lobby to get hot water.

There's bus number 26 right downstairs from the hotel. During my three-day stay, I used this bus number as my transfer point for almost every trip. It was incredibly convenient! On my first day, I planned to take the Metro at the airport, but wasn't sure which option would be best, so I bought a 48-hour City Pass at the airport ticket machine. I arrived at the Bethel Hotel around 3:00 PM on my first day. Because the check-in floor was upstairs, I couldn't figure out how to get to the elevator. The only female staff member at the counter that day was unfriendly. She stared at me for 30 seconds before she finally stood up to talk. She gave me a stern look and a very rude attitude. Other than her, the other staff were generally friendly. Also, the male staff member who was always there in the evenings asked me how to get to waterbuses 991 and 992. The location was completely wrong; the bus stop was just a little further down the road. It was incredibly unprofessional! Furthermore, the housekeeping staff, a petite, dark-skinned woman, knocked on the door without saying anything, which was very rude. No conversation was exchanged. When I opened the door, she rudely told me she needed to clean the room! Is it her job to announce check-out time? Did they go above and beyond? I think staff training needs to be improved! If I wasn't unfamiliar with the surroundings and booked based on reviews, I probably wouldn't stay here again! P.S. There aren't even any photos. I really don't like this hotel. 😏

The hotel is just opposite the colorful house in Xingang, 500 meters away from the subway to the airport. The layout of the hotel building is quite interesting, but the breakfast is a bit too simple

Small but clean. Located in Xingang. Very convenient transportation. Highly recommended!
