The front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly! As were all of the employees at this location. Everyone went out of their way to make sure people were cared for. It’s close to most places in Irmo.

The hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sparse and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them.

Great staff , clean rooms , quiet safe area , coffee and water was available upon arrival. Definitely would recommend tho I have had the Hyatt experience before always great to ease travel lag with family, spacious suite style rooms.

I stayed at this hotel during my self-driving trip across the eastern United States. I don't remember it. It should be good because it is not in the city and is relatively new. I don't remember the breakfast. The room was relatively big.

The room is spacious, clean and conveniently located

Very comfortable and well-equipped, with a restaurant and bar downstairs.
