The staff were lovely, but other than that we couldn't say any good things about this stay. Hallway was not hoovered, the room itself was dirty in all corners and parts of the kitchen area, side of the toilet was sprayed with toilet water and clearly never been cleaned, and light switches on walls had dirty handmarks all over. To add to that, there is no ventilation in the room, they said they have a central fan cooling system that was going to be turned on during our second day there, but that never happened even on day 4 when we left although it was really hot in Paris (circa 30 degrees Celsius). We had to go out and buy a fan just to be able to sleep, but even then it was too hot to be comfortable. Lastly we needed an iron that the reception said they had one, and once we asked for it they didn't provide it as they said they couldn't find it... Access to the city was relatively easy, but it is unfortunately situated in a bit of a poorly kept area in the suburbs.

Our first Paris trip was very nice. Thanks to this hotel. Accessible to grocery shops and the tram for transpo going to the center.

The reception was very cold, making you really not want to spend the night. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and it smelled like the trash hadn't been emptied. We had to go downstairs to have it cleaned.

The hotel has complete facilities and the service attitude is very good. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough. The price and transportation are very good.

I found the room clean with a large bed, a decent closet, and a large, clean shower room. The only downside is that the light fixtures don't provide much light, which is a shame. Otherwise, it's very good value for money. All amenities are very close to the hotel, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. 👍👍 I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a good stay, I find it a shame that the cleaning is not done for long stays given the price we pay, it's a shame, the man at the reception is very kind, a gem.

Take the T2 tram from La Defense to Victor Bach and get off. There is a large supermarket across the road. Although the management is not very good (the seafood is not fresh and has a fishy smell), the daily necessities are reasonably priced. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the hotel from the bus. Convenient, although there are many immigrants in the suburbs, most of them are peaceful people (the security is okay), but guests of the house are reminded to respect themselves. The toilet is in the same bathroom. Do not stand up to take a shower and urinate, as this will cause urine to spray on the shower curtain. Smell.

The bed was big and the kitchen was convenient.

Happy because much better than my last visit. Clean, top service, location very well served with a Leclerc nearby and restaurants, fast food too. A lot

A hotel where I usually go when I'm in Paris and unfortunately this is the first time where I'm disappointed because the room wasn't clean and other little things weren't right either. I hope the next one will be better.
