Hotel Primo Colmar Centre Reviews

I stayed at the hotel during the Christmas period and the price was too high for what was offered. While the location was convenient, the overall experience didn’t match the cost.

Nearby train station though a good walk. Value for money. No fuss.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, a minute walk from the center. Unfortunately, arriving despite the considerable amount paid for the type of structure, we found ourselves in a tiny room, literally, the room measured approximately 5 meters x 2 meters, sink in the bedroom and single beds also very small. The shower however was almost more spacious than the room 😅. Unfortunately I do not recommend it if you are looking for a good hotel in the center, among those I tried I did not find myself well in terms of room. Cleanliness was not exactly the strong point of the hotel. However the staff was very prepared and kind.

The staff was very pleasant, whether on the phone or at check-in. The 24-hour reception is very practical. The room and bathroom were very clean

Average hotel Old to be modernized

The whole place is neat and clean, and you can spend your time calmly. Bed making and room cleaning were thorough.

I arrived at the hotel to check-in at around 11:00 that night. Fortunately, there was a receptionist. The service staff is not very good at English, but they can still communicate. The room is relatively small but can meet basic needs. The plug is very interesting and the wardrobe is small. The trash can is relatively small , The traffic on weekends is very inconvenient. Without a car, it takes 17 minutes to travel, and the stone road is a bit hard😓. As soon as you enter the room, there is a big heater to welcome you, but you want to adjust the air conditioner, but it doesn’t work😅, it takes a long distance to go to the scenic spots, I don’t know how to explain trip.com, it’s near Little Venice😂

The hotel was acceptable. The rooms were very cramped and check-in was very late.
