We had a really nice stay here. Good to have the restaurant. And the surroundings are really stunning! Our room was just next to the stairs so a bit noisy with passing people. Other than that just great!!!

The hotel is located in the middle of Banff and Jasper, which is very convenient for ice field exploration and Jasper town. The room is clean, comfortable and sanitary. There is a restaurant that provides breakfast and dinner. The only problem is that the Wi-Fi signal in the house is not very good.

No hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, and coffee mugs without locks. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the room amenities leave much to be desired.

Due to the impact of wildfires in Jasper National Park, our original reservation in Jasper was canceled, so we changed our reservation to a nearby hotel so that we could go to the Columbia Icefield.
