GGuest UserWe enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. I appreciate the pool is open until 10. It was a little cooler than an indoor pool usually is, but the kids still enjoyed it. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. There were notices in the elevator about water being turned off between 10-2 the next day, so we had to checkout a couple of hours earlier than we planned. We’d still stay again.

GGuest UserThe service here is excellent and the place is very clean. Their blankets need some improvement. They are pretty thin, not winter weight.
Noticeable absent were cups for the bathroom and tissues.

GGuest UserIt's a good check-in environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. It's clean and hygienic. The service is very friendly. If you have any questions, they will be dealt with quickly and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied.

GGuest UserLocation was a little hard to get to since there is no warning about the drive way. Get in and the parking lot is tiny and couldn't find a place to park for check in or check out. Room was WAY smaller than we thought and pictures shown! Was actually blown away by how small the room was! The bathroom was dirty, dead bugs on the floor around the tub and dirt everywhere. The bed was horrible! No box spring or support other than a metal frame that made sonic noise it kept us up most the night! The bedding was thin and we froze most the night, even if we turned the AC off we died from the heat! The sheets were nasty, covered in diet and hair! I don't know if it was from the housekeeping or just never got switched!
Tv was ok but barely worked so watching anything was basically a joke and the water pressure was horrible! Speak of the bathroom, forgot to mention that black mildew on the walls and the rust and white crust formed on the shower, it made us panic! The room also had various bugs and spiders in the room and it made us super uneasy!
Were were celebrating our anniversary and it was the worst experience! We didn't even bother with the breakfast because the juice machine was out and the fruit and cereal looked questionable.
Overall I'd give this place a 1 star only because the service at check in was really nice.
