3321loislThis was our second visit to this property and both times it was a five star experience. We travel with our medium sized dog and appreciate the reasonable pet fee - $50 for up to two nights—which is about the cost of a kennel. Some HI’s profess to be pet friendly but charge $75 which is a rip off when you are staying one night. The staff here truly enjoy meeting your furry friend, there’s dog biscuits at the elevator and a VIP wall of pet visitors. A town dog park is right next door. The property feels newer, the rooms thoughtfully laid out, the bed really comfortable with charging stations for your devices nearby. Even the elevator is prompt…so much so better hold the door on entering as the door closes quickly. The king suite has a desk, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Our one complaint is that the chaise lounge was unusable as the cushion is so soft you sink towards the floor and then struggle to get up. Somebody had an oops in ordering that. So we reclined on the bed. The breakfast was the best surprise— freshly made eggs, sausages, home fries. Plus an oatmeal and cereal station, a fresh fruit and fruit salad table, sweet crumpets and more. The dining area was immaculate and spacious. A big thank you to whoever oversees this. This is a great place to stop for the night. We’ll be back. Thank you to all the staff who made for such an enjoyable experience.. The breakfast was wonderful, with an eggs and home fries section, fresh fruit salad kiosk, cereal and oatmeal section, yogurt. The food was freshly made,

Nos alojamos con mi familia una noche para descansar de un viaje largo en ruta. El hotel es nuevo, por lo que las instalaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones simples pero amplias. En los espacios comunes hay un pool y tambien piscina climatizada y gimnasio que no utilizamos. El desayuno es básico, con material descartable. No dista mucho de los desayunos tipicos de hoteles 3 estrellas, jugo de naranja sintetico, banana, manzana, panes, muffins. Habia una maquina para hacer hot cakes que a mis hijos les encantó. Volveria!! Lo recomiendo.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice, the building appears newly renovated, the room was very clean and it shows that the staff cares about the hotel. Overall I was very happy with my stay. For the money, it’s the best value for money in the area. I will say the mattress was not the most comfortable but it’s a trade off for a good price and a clean room.

KKernsWe had the king suite. The service was good! The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. The aesthetics of the building were great. The foot traffic was a bit sketch. The pool was closed, which sucked because our visit was at the end of July and the a/c was out in the lobby and the elevators. It would have been cool to take advantage after an afternoon at the outlets or a night swim after dinner. There were no extra towels, no bathroom towels to put down on the floor outside the shower and no trash bags of any sort. The front desk said they were completely out. Be careful in the shower! It’s incredibly slippery!

During check in she went above and beyond, telling us about the area and making recommendations on local restaurants all in walking distance. If in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

I know it’s tempting to pay less, but it’s worth paying more to stay somewhere better then here. It started off the side door being zip tied open 10 o’clock at night. This did not make me feel safe. I tried calling the front desk multiple times to tell them. I walked down to let them know, and he was outside on his cell phone. Hence, why he did not answer the phone…. He took the zip tie off and explained they put them on during the day but take them off at night. He said some of the cameras don’t work and the key cards don’t work on some doors. Unfortunately, my good intentions got my husband along with other travelers stuck outside…. The next morning, there was a large cigarette ashtray propping the door open. The elevator was making noises that an elevator shouldn’t make. We thought it would be safer to take the steps, but even though the steps were to be used in case of a fire, the stairwell was locked. The room was very gross and I didn’t want to touch the bed, even though I was exhausted. The bathroom had mold all along the ceiling and I spotted a cockroach. We all slept in our clothes and did not use the shower. We only kept the necessities with us. Our next stop we stayed somewhere a little more expensive and it was so worth it!

Yyessenia531Needed a night sleep from driving from FL back to NY, and we stopped to sleep and despite the rooms having double bed as they call it, My family sleeped great. altho we had two full beds in the room. Smelled great, clean room and lots of coffee. Breakfast was Excellent. from eggs to waffles and bagels and muffins.

We saw a lot of bad reviews recently and thought some of them looked fake since we had stayed here a couple of times a few years ago. The manager at check in was nice and we needed help due to an ice machine problem and ran into an excellent employee named Meet who was wonderful and understands things in more ways than one. Our king room was fine and for $72 a bargain for a night when just passing thru the area. The problem was breakfast, that consisted of 6 bagels in the rack and the rest all empty shelves. The orange juice was warm from the dispenser and the Folgers decaf was cold. I don't know how you can list a continental breakfast and then not have one. The morning employee was embarrassed when I asked about it. Wyndham needs to get with the franchise owner and get his/her act together. If you're going to do this, just list no breakfast instead. Fortunately, there was a Wendy's a 1/2 mile away that has the best fast food breakfast in the business.
